I approach pregnancy and birth through a somatic lense.
Together we create an environment and experience so that your body feels safe and comfortable throughout the whole process. I help each client tap into their own intuition and flow as they understand their changing body. Each client will receive hands on support and emotional support throughout the end of pregnancy, labor and the beginning of parenthood.
Prices and Services
My Birth Doula services include Prenatal Yoga, Prenatal Massage, Childbirth Education Classes, In-Person Labor Support and Postpartum care. Below I have listed these services in more detail. Each package offers a different amount of support and care.

Prenatal + Birth Care Basic $3000
2 childbirth education classes (first one is birth education and creating birth plan, second is all things postpartum and breastfeeding)

1 Birth Plan planning session
1 postpartum visit
on call at 38 weeks
attending the full birth and offering all doula support and care - pain relief, massage, meditation, emotional support, informational support etc.
Tier 1 Package $4000
2 childbirth education classes (first one is birth education and creating birth plan, second is all things postpartum and breastfeeding)

1 session on comfort measures and continuing education
